What’s black and white and red all over? Why, our Black Velvet Peppermint Whoopie Pies of course!

Black cocoa is enhanced with a little espresso and buttermilk (for the signature “velvet” taste), and we have added a couple of teaspoons of peppermint schnapps to the white chocolate buttercream for an even better depth of flavour.

It’s finished off by sprinkling on crushed peppermint candy for a crunchy, refreshing finish.

Whoopie pies are easy to make and bake in less than 15 minutes so you may find yourself making these again and again!
