The crisp eclair shell is filled with a fresh raspberry and white chocolate mousse and dipped in a Callebaut milk chocolate ganache and topped with Callebaut white chocolate curls! 

"Love is in the air" so featuring a dessert from a country famous for its City of Love is wholly appropriate.

Makes about 20 Eclairs | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Bake Time: 15 Minutes @ 425° C, 25 minutes @350° C | Cooling Time: 60 minutes

Amazing Mother- Daughter Baking Experience

My Daugter (9yr old) had a fun day experience making the Eclairs. The instructions, pre- measured quantities made it so easy to follow. In her words: It was really fun and easier than finding recipes online. Best part was the taste and second best was d detailed instructions, labeled & premeasured items. I also enjoyed spending time w my mom creating such a fancy desert. Thank you Innocent Baker.
