Makes about 20 Eclairs | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Bake Time: 15 Minutes @ 425° C, 25 minutes @350° C | Cooling Time: 60 minutes

Delicious after hours of work

This turned out delicious but my two children (age 10 and 12) spent several hours working on it and did require assistance off and on. The instructions required lots of concentration to ensure success.

Delicious but challenging!

This recipe almost exceeded our limited baking skills. However, my mother begged me to make more later, after inhaling four eclairs. Best eclairs I’ve ever had in my life! I can’t believe I made them.

Amazing Mother- Daughter Baking Experience

My Daugter (9yr old) had a fun day experience making the Eclairs. The instructions, pre- measured quantities made it so easy to follow. In her words: It was really fun and easier than finding recipes online. Best part was the taste and second best was d detailed instructions, labeled & premeasured items. I also enjoyed spending time w my mom creating such a fancy desert. Thank you Innocent Baker.
